On-Premise Installation:

If you’re installing OpensoftHR applications on your office premise or private cloud,our IT specialists will coordinate with you to schedule a date and time for installation.

Cloud Hosting:

If you’ve chosen cloud-based hosting services:

We will set up your platform on our secure hosting platform.

Your login credentials will be shared before your first implementation session.

Proper training ensures you maximize the value of our system.

Types of Training Provided:

Live Training:Attend scheduled sessions (recommended). Please note that the training must be attended by the same person(s) involved in the implementation,and training is a pre-requisite prior to moving on to the implementation session.

Self-Paced Online Courses:If you can’t attend live sessions,opt for our online training platform. Please email us at training@opensofthr.com for details.

Once your training is complete,an implementation specialist will contact you within a week to schedule the implementation session.

Here are some items that will be set up during the implementation:

  • Setup workforce
  • Setup company policy
  • Setup approval workflows (where relevant)
  • Create users

Once implementation is complete,your OpensoftHR program is ready to be launched.

    Up to 50% Productivity Solutions Grant

    SMEs are eligible for up to 50% Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) support for the adoption of OpensoftHR Payroll and HRMS Software, a Pre-Approved Solution under the IMDA SMEs Go Digital programme. Eligible employers for SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) will receive a one-off $10,000 credit to cover up to 90% of the out of pocket expenses on qualifying costs.
