At OpensoftHR, we’re dedicated to ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to our Payroll and HRMS products. Follow these simple steps for a seamless onboarding experience.
Step 1. Installation
On-Premise Installation:
If you’re installing OpensoftHR applications on your office premise or private cloud, our IT specialists will coordinate with you to schedule a date and time for installation.
Cloud Hosting:
If you’ve chosen cloud-based hosting services:
- We will set up your platform on our secure hosting platform.
- Your login credentials will be shared before your first implementation session.
Step 2. Schedule Training
Proper training ensures you maximize the value of our system.
- You can now book your own training sessions that fit your schedule via the OpensoftHR Training Calendar.
- Training sessions cover each module purchased, for you to understand the fundamental setup functions and how to use and navigate the OpensoftHR dashboard and menu items.
Types of Training Provided
- Live Training: Attend scheduled sessions (recommended). Please note that the training must be attended by the same person(s) involved in the implementation, and training is a pre-requisite prior to moving on to the implementation session.
- Self-Paced Online Courses: If you can’t attend live sessions, opt for our online training platform. Please email us at training@opensofthr.com for details.
Step 3. Schedule Implementation
Once your training is complete, an implementation specialist will contact you within a week to:
- Confirm your availability.
- Schedule the implementation session.
We recommend you to schedule the implementation within two weeks of completing training to ensure your knowledge is fresh.
Step 4: One-on-One Implementation Session
Prior to this session, you’ll receive a pre-implementation checklist to provide critical information about your company policies.
This will assist us greatly during the implementation session where we are able to setup the system according to your company requirements.
Here are some items that will be set up during the implementation:
- Setup workforce
- Setup company policy
- Setup approval workflows (where relevant)
- Create users
Step 5: Launch!
Once the implementation is complete, you will receive an implementation log summarizing any remaining tasks.
Your assigned implementation specialist will follow up with you on this implementation log to ensure all items are completed before launching the platform in your organization.
We will provide the closest guidance where necessary, and can be contacted via our email (oshr@opensofthr.com), and phone (63819372) during working hours.
Step 6: After Launch
Once your OpensoftHR HRMS platform has been launched, you and your employees can start using the platform for your day to day HR activities. Feel free to contact us anytime via phone, email, chatbot or telegram whenever you need any support. Our support personnel will be happy to assist you during working hours.
